A space to talk, explore and feel support
If you’re thinking about coming for counselling then you already know that you want support even if you're not quite sure what that looks like or feels like. It might be that you've been struggling alone with an issue or concern or it may be that you just have a sense that things in your life aren't the way that you'd like them to be. Therapy provides a space to focus on you. It allows you to share with someone who is separate from your daily life but committed to understanding you and what you are experiencing. It isn't an instant fix, it is a process that will help you increase your awareness about who you are and how things are for you, what's working in your life and what isn't. It will help you cultivate your interest in understanding and being compassionate to yourself. My role is to be alongside you as you find your way. My invitation will be to let yourself be curious about who and how you are, to bring your attention to the patterns in your life - those which support you and those which hold you back.
